We review your needs with you and come up with a reasonable estimate of how many hours per month will be required to maintain and update your web site. This amount is specified on the Statement of Work. You can use this estimate to budget a monthly dollar amount for web site maintenance.

The Statement of Work allows us to spend the necessary time making requested changes and revisions up to the estimated amount each month. No proposal, no authorized signature for payment necessary every time you need to make changes to your site. You are billed only for hours used and if you don't use your entire budget that month, you've got the money to spend on something else.

Oh, as a side note: we've never, ever had any complaints about left over money!
